Diné weaver and fiber artist Eric-Paul Riege’s work is on view through Monday, June 10, in the 2024 Biennale of Sydney, Ten Thousand Suns. Curated by Tony Albert, the inaugural Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain First Nations Curatorial Fellow, Riege’s work is one of 14 commissions by Indigenous artists. Riege marked the opening of the biennial in March with a performance with his work at the White Bay Power Station.
